Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using EcomAudio.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using EcomAudio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app.
2. Description of Service
EcomAudio is a Shopify application that allows merchants to add AI-generated or custom audio messages to their Shopify storefront to improve customer engagement.
3. Billing
EcomAudio offers four plans: Free, Starter ($4.99/month), Pro ($9.99/month), and Business ($14.99/month). All payments are processed through Shopify’s Billing API. Paid plans include a 3-day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your Shopify admin.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload audio content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Audio files you upload remain your property. AI-generated audio created using our Text-to-Speech feature is licensed to you for use on your Shopify store.
6. Limitation of Liability
EcomAudio is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EcomAudio if you violate these Terms. You may uninstall the app at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of EcomAudio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
